KagojBari EdTech Limited has announced a Guinness World Record education materials donation campaign. As part of the record attempt, the company will distribute one month’s worth of free educational materials to nearly 450,000 students across 1,500 schools nationwide within 12 hours.

Through this initiative, the organization aims to surpass the joint world record set in 2022 by the United States and India. Marking International Mother Language Day on February 21, KagojBari has also opened access to a unique digital healthcare service for students, seeking to elevate Bangladesh to a new global milestone.

To ensure that no student is deprived of healthcare due to technological limitations, KagojBari is set to provide laptops to 21 schools in rural and underprivileged areas.

It has been learned that through these laptops, more than 2,000 students from the respective schools will receive free consultations from specialist doctors throughout the year. The medical services will be provided by specialist physicians registered with the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) and approved by the government.

To implement this initiative, KagojBari signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Medico Bio on Wednesday, February 11, in Dhanmondi, Dhaka. The MoU signing ceremony was attended by KagojBari EdTech Limited’s Managing Director Rezwan Kabir, Director Zahid Anwar, Executive Officer Shakhiruzzaman, Director Md. Meshkat Ur Rahman Badhan, Chief Operating Officer Md. Nazmul Alam Noman, among others.

Organizers believe that this noble initiative has been undertaken to bring healthcare services to the doorsteps of grassroots-level students. The laptops will not only facilitate access to medical consultations but will also play a long-term supportive role in promoting digital education and technology use among students.

The combination of education and healthcare is expected to serve as a milestone in Bangladesh’s education system in the years to come.

Benefits for Students

Doctor Consultations at School:
With the implementation of this initiative, young students will no longer need to visit hospitals or clinics for minor illnesses. Using the laptops provided by KagojBari, they will be able to connect directly with specialist doctors through video calls from their schools.

Strengthening Technological Infrastructure:
As part of the program, selected 21 rural schools will receive laptops, enabling easier access to digital healthcare services and fostering a technology-driven learning environment.

Seamless Coordination:
Each participating school will designate a teacher representative who will assist students in arranging digital appointments and consultations with doctors, ensuring smooth coordination of services.
