Bangladesh Air Force Training Aircraft Crash-Lands in Jashore, Pilots Unharmed

A Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) training aircraft made a crash landing at Jashore Airport on Thursday (March 13) at around 1:00 PM. However, both pilots on board remained unharmed.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Grob-120TP training aircraft took off from Jashore Air Base at 12:18 PM for a routine training flight. While attempting a normal landing at 12:55 PM, the aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing, resulting in damage to the aircraft. Fortunately, Group Captain Molla Mohammad Tahidul Hasan and Squadron Leader Ahmad Musa were unscathed. They received general medical attention at Jashore Air Base and are currently under observation.
A high-level investigation committee has been formed by the Bangladesh Air Force to determine the cause of the incident.
Speaking to reporters, Jashore Airport Manager Saidur Rahman stated, "During a routine landing, the Air Force training aircraft crash-landed and skidded off the runway. Both pilots are unharmed. The runway was cleared immediately after the incident."
