The Ministry of Education has decided to introduce a hybrid class system across all educational institutions in the country, with three days of online classes and three days of in-person attendance each week, considering the global energy crisis.

The decision was taken at an emergency meeting of the Ministry of Education on Tuesday, March 31.

According to ministry sources, the matter will be formally communicated to all educational institutions. For now, classes will be held six days a week—three days online and three days offline. Teachers will conduct classes from school premises. The schedule will be organized by dividing days into odd and even categories for online and offline sessions.

Earlier in the day, the Education Minister held a meeting with the Prime Minister to discuss the introduction of this combined online and in-person class system at the school level in response to the global energy crisis.
