SSC 2025 Results to Be Released Online Today Amid Countrywide Rainfall

On Thursday, July 10, the results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations 2025 are set to be released nationwide by the country’s eleven education boards — Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chattogram, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, the Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board, and the Bangladesh Technical Education Board. Despite heavy rainfall and flooding in some regions, students will be able to access their results from home, as in previous years.

The initiative is being supported technically by Teletalk Bangladesh Limited, the country’s only state-owned mobile operator. Students can access their results through the official websites of the education boards, via SMS, or from their respective institutions.

To view the results online, students must visit the central website of the education board (www.educationboardresults.gov.bd) or the official site of their respective board, entering both roll and registration numbers. Alternatively, results can be obtained via SMS by typing: SSC first three letters of the board name roll number exam year, and sending it to 16222. For example: “SSC DHA 123456 2025”.

Students may also collect their results from their respective schools. According to the education boards, verifying results through institutions remains the most reliable method.

If a student is dissatisfied with their result, they may apply for a re-evaluation. The recheck process begins Friday, July 11, and will continue until July 17. Only Teletalk SIM users are eligible to apply for re-evaluation. The fee per subject is BDT 150. To apply, students must type: RSC first three letters of the board roll number subject code(s), and send it to 16222. Multiple subject codes should be separated by commas.

This year’s SSC and equivalent exams began on April 10 and concluded on May 13. A total of 1,928,970 students registered for the exams, including 961,231 male and 967,739 female candidates. On the first day, 26,928 students were absent, with absentee numbers increasing in subsequent sessions. Ultimately, around 1.9 million students participated in the exams.

Professor Dr. Khondoker Ehsanul Kabir, President of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and Chairman of the Dhaka Education Board, confirmed that the result preparation and verification process has been completed. “The result processing is entirely software-based, leaving no room for error in grading,” he said. “However, if anyone is dissatisfied, they may apply for re-evaluation in accordance with the rules.”
