Fuel Pass Protocol: Mandatory Digital Control Introduced for Motorcycle Refueling in Dhaka
A fuel pass has been made mandatory for refueling motorcycles at 11 filling stations in Dhaka starting from Tuesday (April 28).
The decision was announced in a post on the Facebook page of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources on Monday afternoon (April 27).
The designated filling stations are: Karim & Sons, Shapla Chattar, Dhaka; Eureka Enterprise (Filling Station), Mohakhali, Dhaka; Masud Hasan Filling Station, Airport, Uttara, Dhaka; Messrs Sotota & Company, 439, Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka; Messrs Diganta Filling Station, Section-14, Ibrahimpur, Mirpur, Dhaka; Messrs Kamal Trading Agency, 80, Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Sarani, Tejgaon, Dhaka; Messrs SP Filling Station Limited, Gabtoli, Mirpur, Dhaka; City Filling Station, Tejgaon, Dhaka—Meghna Petroleum Limited; Seba Green Filling Station, Uttara—Meghna Petroleum Limited; Sam Associates, Mirpur-02—Meghna Petroleum Limited; Sumatra Filling Station, Kalshi Road, Mirpur.
The ministry also stated that the ‘Gha’ series has been opened for private vehicle registration. Prior to this, the ‘Ka’, ‘Kha’, and ‘Ga’ series were opened yesterday for vehicle registration.
