Bangladeshi IP communication software solutions provider Reve Systems is set to participate in the Mobile World Congress, being held in Barcelona for the 12th time. The congress will take place from March 3 to 6, where Reve Systems will carry the flag of Bangladesh and present its solutions, including chatbots and live chat, virtual roaming solutions, SMFC platform, and automated wholesale services. Additionally, the company will unveil its groundbreaking virtual 'Trial Room' for virtual shopping, which was introduced today in a trial launch for the media.

This announcement was made during a press conference held at Reve Systems' headquarters in Purbachal, Dhaka, on Tuesday, where the company's Group CEO, M. Rezaul Hasan, addressed the gathering.

Reve Systems' Global Head of Sales, Raihan Hossain, and General Manager of Business Development, Bishwajit Saha, were also present.

Hasan stated that the state-of-the-art platform (Trial Room) uses augmented reality and artificial intelligence to provide customers with a fully digital experience. Through this platform, customers will have the opportunity to interact with and test products virtually before making purchasing decisions.

Hasan further said, "The Virtual Trial Room is poised to revolutionize customer engagement by bridging the gap between digital and physical experiences, offering an interactive and personalized trial experience."

Senior executives also highlighted a significant milestone achieved through the AI chatbot and live chat solution with STC Kuwait, which features multilingual universal channel integration. They mentioned that several operators have shown strong interest in adopting this chatbot. Locally, companies like Bkash, Ten Minute School, Guardian Life Insurance, and others are using Reve's chatbot and live chat solutions.

Reve's Group CEO also mentioned that a Sudanese mobile operator, Kanar, recently signed a deal to use the chatbot. He added, "Our innovative virtual roaming solutions enable operators to offload GSM roaming traffic onto IP networks, allowing customers to roam without extra charges. This not only helps operators retain customers but also enables the respective countries to save significant foreign currency."

A four-member delegation from Reve Systems will leave for the event on March 1.
