BACCO Brings Bangladesh’s BPO Brilliance to GITEX Global 2025 at Dubai
The Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) participated in GITEX Global 2025 — one of the world’s largest exhibitions on technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and startups — held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from October 13 to 17. The trade body represented Bangladesh at the event with the support of the Government’s Information and Communication Technology Division.
The Bangladeshi delegation, led by BACCO President Tanvir Ibrahim, included Md. Mahmudul Hasan Saikat, CEO and Managing Director of Servicify Tech Ltd.; Ershadul Haque, CEO of Riseup Labs; Md. Kayum Hossain, Founder and CEO of Techsoldier BPO; and Mohammad Sajid-Al-Rashid, Technical Lead at Yuzz Automation Solutions Bangladesh.
This year’s GITEX Global brought together more than 6,800 exhibitors, over 2,000 startups, and 1,200 investors from 180 countries. Core themes included artificial intelligence, quantum technology, cloud computing, data analytics, smart mobility, and sustainable tech-driven business models.
During the event, the BACCO delegation showcased the capabilities of Bangladesh’s BPO and IT-enabled services (ITES) sector, emphasizing the skill of the country’s young workforce and their excellence in delivering globally competitive services. The team also held multiple business and networking meetings with international investors, technology innovators, and outsourcing organizations, discussing potential collaborations, business expansion, and mutual investment opportunities.
Bangladeshi firms with AI-based BPO and ITES solutions also demonstrated their innovative technologies and services, signaling a new direction for the global outsourcing industry. These initiatives are expected to strengthen Bangladesh’s position on the international map of Intelligent Process Outsourcing (IPO).
According to the delegation, “The future of global outsourcing will be technology-driven, skill-based, and inclusive. To keep pace, Bangladesh’s youth must be trained in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analytics, and automation.”
BACCO believes that participation in such international platforms significantly contributes to Bangladesh’s service sector branding, attracting foreign investment, and enhancing global competitiveness.
