Fraudulent Notification Fears: Public Administration Ministry Issues Warning

The Ministry of Public Administration has issued a warning about attempts by fraudsters to circulate fake appointment orders by forging signatures of officials and using counterfeit notifications. The Ministry has urged the public to verify any official instructions or notices through its official website to prevent falling victim to such scams.
In a cautionary notice issued on Thursday (April 10), the Ministry highlighted that fraudsters have been attempting to deceive people by mimicking the Ministry’s appointment orders, forging official signatures, and issuing fake proclamations. The notice emphasized that such fraudulent activities are being carried out in an effort to mislead and defraud individuals.
The Ministry’s warning stressed, "It is hereby informed for the knowledge of all concerned that, recently, fraudsters have been attempting to deceive individuals by forging signatures and issuing fake proclamations using counterfeit appointment orders from the Ministry of Public Administration."
To prevent such fraud, the Ministry advised the public to be vigilant and stated, "All orders related to appointments, postings, and transfers in the Ministry of Public Administration are published through the Ministry's official website and the Government Employee Management System (GEMS). In case of any need for verification regarding any appointment, posting, or transfer notification, it can be checked on the Ministry’s official website."
