To enhance power grid engineering infrastructure and optimize distribution reliability, Energypac Engineering Limited has signed a $5 million commercial contract with Adex Corporation. The announcement was formalized on August 12, 2026, Wednesday.
Under this technical agreement, Energypac will manufacture and supply 15 high-capacity 20/28 MVA power transformers to Adex Corporation for a Northern Electricity Supply Company Limited (NESCO) distribution project funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The signing ceremony took place recently at the corporate headquarters of Adex Corporation in Tejgaon, Dhaka. Engr. Rabiul Alam, CEO and Director of Energypac Engineering Limited, and Engr. Ali Azam, Chairman of Adex Group, represented their respective organizations during the event.
