Infinix Launches Hot 70 Pro 5G

Global smartphone brand Infinix has introduced its new “master phone”, the Hot 70 Pro 5G, in Bangladesh. The device combines 5G connectivity, a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset, advanced Sony camera technology, a new design and durable construction with a range of AI-powered features.

August 12, Wednesday, the company disclosed the information in a press release.

Launched under the theme “Multi-Dimensional Satisfaction, Master’s Choice”, the Hot 70 Pro 5G places particular emphasis on performance, photography, design and battery life.

For fast performance, the smartphone features a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G chipset. Infinix’s 72-Month Fluency technology is designed to maintain fast and smooth performance over an extended period. The device also features a 6.76-inch FHD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate, offering a smoother experience for gaming and visual content.

For photography, the smartphone comes with a 50MP autofocus camera using a Sony IMX882 sensor. An 8MP front camera is available for selfies. Alongside enhanced photography capabilities, the device features AI RAW and Live Photo functions.

Infinix has also introduced a distinctive design approach. Its six Dynamic Shine Design colour variants create different visual effects as lighting, temperature or viewing angles change.

The Thermo Orange version changes colour with temperature, while the Mirage Green variant displays a different texture under ultraviolet light. The Depth Ring White model features a 3D visual effect, while the Active-Matrix Cube version comes with an interactive rear panel.

For durability, the device has IP68 water and dust resistance as well as SGS 5-Star Drop Resistance. According to the company, this provides protection against drops from heights of up to 1.5 metres.

The smartphone packs a 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. Bypass charging is also available to control temperature and reduce battery stress during prolonged use.

The device includes several AI features designed to simplify smartphone use. FlashMemo and MindHub allow users to save essential information and retrieve it later through AI Search.

Other features include AI Scan to Solve, Folax Music Recognition, AI Life Assistant and AI Theme Generator. A dedicated “One-Tap Button” provides quick access to these features.

The smartphone is available with 8GB RAM, an additional 8GB virtual RAM and 128GB storage. The official price of the Infinix Hot 70 Pro 5G in Bangladesh has been set at Tk36,999.
