Headline Brings Three Stars to OTT

The Bangla web series Headline has premiered on OTT, bringing together Apurba, Chanchal Chowdhury and Yash Rohan in a single production for the first time.

The Bangla OTT space has introduced a new original series with the release of Headline, featuring a first-time collaboration between Ziaul Faruq Apurba, Chanchal Chowdhury and Yash Rohan.

Directed by Saleh Sobhan Auneem, the series is streaming on Hoichoi.

According to the creators, the story explores intersections between contemporary society, media influence, power dynamics and personal relationships.

The series combines suspense, drama and emotional storytelling while giving distinct narrative importance to each major character.

Chanchal Chowdhury appears in a prominent role, while Apurba takes on a comparatively different screen persona. Yash Rohan also plays a significant character contributing to the narrative arc.

Director Saleh Sobhan Auneem said the intention was to create a story that offers emotional familiarity while going beyond journalism and investigation to reveal a deeper family dimension.

The supporting cast includes Afsana Ara Bindu, Sarika Sabrin, Farhana Hamid, Arnil Biral and Rai Rajannya.

Following its release, the series has generated discussion among viewers, particularly around the on-screen collaboration of three actors from different generations of Bangla entertainment.
