Apple Announces Arrival: iPhone 17 to Debut on September 9
Apple has officially announced that it will host the unveiling ceremony for the iPhone 17 on Tuesday, September 9. The event will take place at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino at 10:00 am local time, according to TechCrunch.
Reports suggest that alongside the standard model, two Pro versions will also be introduced. However, instead of an iPhone Plus, a new and thinner model, the “iPhone 17 Air,” is expected to be revealed. This device will measure just 5.5 mm in thickness and feature a 6.6-inch display, making it slimmer than the current lineup.
The main iPhone 17 model will include a larger 6.3-inch display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Additionally, Apple is anticipated to announce the Apple Watch Series 11, Ultra 3, SE 3, and the new AirPods Pro 3 at the same event.
