Uber Appoints S M Jamshed Hasan as Country Head for Bangladesh

Uber has announced the appointment of S M Jamshed Hasan as the Country Head for Uber Bangladesh. In this capacity, Jamshed will lead Uber’s business strategies and overall operations in Bangladesh as the company continues to scale its mobility solutions and reinforce its market footprint.

Jamshed brings over 15 years of rich experience across enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and commercial management within fintech, logistics, and insurance sectors. Prior to joining Uber, he served as the Vice President of Business and Growth at Wagely Bangladesh. Earlier in his career, he held key commercial and enterprise sales positions at multinational corporations including DHL, UPS, and MetLife.
