2026-2028 tenure.

According to the Election Board, the election will cover a total of 12 positions, including President, Senior Vice-President, Vice-President, General Secretary, Joint General Secretary, Finance Secretary, five General Directors, and one Associate Director.
As per the announced schedule, the deadline for submitting voter list inclusion applications and renewing membership dues (paid up to 31 December 2026) is Monday, 31 August 2026. The primary voter list will be published on 9 September. Following objection hearings, the final voter list will be displayed on 16–17 September.
Nomination papers can be collected and submitted between 17 and 23 September. After scrutiny and appeal resolutions, the final candidate list will be announced on 8 October. Voting will take place continuously from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on 31 October, followed immediately by vote counting and result declaration.
Earlier, BACCO formed a three-member Election Board chaired by Saiful Islam Siddique, Managing Director of ICC Teleservices Ltd, and a three-member Election Appeal Board chaired by Monirul Islam, Chairman of Velocita Infosys Limited.
The other members of the board are SM M0njurul Islam, CEO of Techpoint BPO, and Md. Habibul Haq, Director of Next Online Limited. Meanwhile, among the members of the Appellate Board are Ms, Emrazina Islam, founder of Emrazina Technologies, and Faisal Ahmed, Managing Partner of Fire & Safety Management.
Election Board Chairman Saiful Islam Siddique stated, "All necessary preparations have been completed to conduct a fair and transparent election. A strict code of conduct will be enforced, prohibiting rallies, digital banners, or colored posters during the election campaign."
He sought the full cooperation of all members and candidates for a smooth election process.
