Pass rate stands at 89.96 percent beating national average

UCEP Bangladesh has achieved remarkable success in the 2026 SSC Vocational examinations. A total of 1,812 students from 36 technical schools operated by UCEP Bangladesh appeared in the exams this year. Among them, 1,630 students passed successfully, bringing the combined pass rate of UCEP technical schools to 89.96 percent. Out of the successful candidates, 639 students secured GPA-5.
This achievement by UCEP Bangladesh is particularly significant when compared to the national results. Under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, 127,964 candidates from 2,839 institutions across the country participated in the 2026 SSC Vocational exams. Among them, 74,470 students passed, yielding an overall national pass rate of 58.20 percent. Nationwide, a total of 3,951 students obtained GPA-5 this year.
Against the national pass rate of 58.20 percent, UCEP Bangladesh achieved a pass rate of 89.96 percent, which is 31.76 percentage points higher than the national average. Similarly, the GPA-5 achievement rate among candidates from UCEP’s 36 technical schools is remarkable, with approximately 35.26 percent of its total examinees securing GPA-5.
Education experts noted that UCEP technical schools are not merely providing academic education to students; they are equipping them with practical technical skills, workplace competence, confidence, and readiness for future employment. The role of UCEP technical schools remains crucial in developing skilled human resources for the country. Overall, UCEP Bangladesh's 2026 SSC Vocational examination performance is being recognized as an exceptional success.
