Ajwa Tech’s Expert Brand Earns ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Systems
Local information technology company Ajwa Tech’s own brand “Expert” has achieved international recognition by obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system.
This information was disclosed in a press release on Wednesday, 1 April.
Prior to awarding the certification, various stages of the company’s operational processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement activities were evaluated. Through these assessments, the alignment of the company’s operations with international standards was verified.
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized quality management certification that enables organizations to ensure customer satisfaction while operating in compliance with established regulatory and institutional standards. Under this certification, emphasis is placed on maintaining consistent quality, ensuring process improvement, and regularly monitoring service standards.
According to the certification, the scope of Ajwa Tech’s operations includes the design of electronic gadgets and mobile accessories, OEM product manufacturing, branding, and retail sales. The company follows defined processes at every stage—from product development to production, branding, and marketing.
Habib Monsur, Founder and Managing Director of the company, said that this certification reflects their commitment to quality, reliability, and adherence to international standards. Through this achievement, the Expert brand has secured ISO certification in the electronic gadgets and accessories category. He further noted that the company will continue to maintain consistency in delivering products and services in accordance with established standards.
It is noteworthy that under the Expert brand, a wide range of mobile accessories and smart devices—including smartwatches, neckbands, speakers, wireless headphones, power banks, and chargers—are being marketed through various sales outlets across the country.
