Google Glimpses: Greatly Guided Quick Share Upgrade

Google has rolled out a new version of its Quick Share feature, bringing a more attractive and user-friendly interface to Android users. The latest update now clearly separates the “Send” and “Receive” modes, allowing users to switch between them easily via a button at the bottom of the screen, according to GSM Arena.
By default, the updated Quick Share opens in “Receive” mode, displaying the device’s name prominently and making incoming file requests easier to manage.
The “Send” tab has been enhanced with a new file picker, enabling users to select multiple files at once, even of different types, for simultaneous transfer.
Google has already extended Quick Share functionality to Windows PCs and Chromebooks, with plans underway to bring similar convenience to iOS and macOS devices in the near future.
