Tesla’s Trail: Delhi Dealership Draws Near After Mumbai Debut
Following the launch of its first showroom in Mumbai just a month ago, Tesla is now preparing to open its second Experience Center in Delhi. Sources reveal that the new showroom is set to open next week at Worldmark 3 in the Aerocity area of Delhi. The Wall Street Journal reports that Tesla has already begun sending invitations for the anticipated inauguration on August 11.
The upcoming Tesla Experience Center is expected to be located near Indira Gandhi International Airport, within the prestigious Aerocity business hub at Worldmark 3.
Recently, popular YouTuber Utsav Techie (@utsavtechie) shared a video and images showing the interior of a new Tesla showroom featuring white walls and glass doors. However, Tesla has yet to officially confirm the showroom’s exact location or opening date.
Tesla inaugurated its first Indian showroom in Mumbai on July 15, simultaneously announcing its entry into the Indian electric vehicle (EV) market with the mid-sized electric SUV Model Y. The vehicles will be fully imported, which means they will be subject to significant import duties in India.
