Bangladesh-based technology company Zatik Limited has introduced a new investment scheme named Zatik Capital, offering interest-free and time-limit-free funding under a revenue-sharing model for small and medium-sized digital entrepreneurs (SMEs).

This investment opportunity is exclusively available to merchants who use zatik’s digital commerce platform, ZatikEZ. Leveraging its proprietary AI-based assessment model, the company plans to invest amounts ranging from BDT 10,000 to BDT 1,000,000 in eligible businesses.

To qualify, entrepreneurs must have been active on the zatikEZ platform for at least four months, demonstrate stable sales performance, complete a proper Know Your Customer (KYC) verification—such as providing a valid national ID—and submit accurate business information.

Regarding the initiative, zatik Limited Founder and CEO Sultan Mony stated, “zatik Limited is committed to ensuring that entrepreneurs, even without technological expertise, can thrive digitally and adopt digital platforms for business operations. We have already brought over 100,000 active merchants under the umbrella of digital commerce. Now, we aim to work hand in hand with entrepreneurs who want to grow using our platform. We believe that collaboration is crucial for success. That is why we want to grow together with our digital entrepreneurs who use our platform. We want to be partners in their business success and contribute at every step of their journey.”
