CAAB and Axentec PLC Partner to Enhance Aviation Connectivity
In a bid to advance connectivity solutions in Bangladesh’s aviation sector, the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) has entered into a strategic partnership with Axentec PLC. A formal agreement was recently signed between the two entities in the presence of senior officials. Under this agreement, technology will be leveraged to improve operational efficiency and enhance passenger experience in the aviation sector.
This partnership aims to establish seamless connectivity and utilize Axentec’s expertise in information and communication technology (ICT) to support CAAB’s operational and technological advancements. The collaboration is expected to play a crucial role in making Bangladesh’s aviation sector smarter and more efficient while contributing to CAAB’s vision of developing world-class aviation infrastructure.
Representing CAAB at the signing ceremony were Chairman Air Vice Marshal Md. Manzur Kabir Bhuiyan, Member (Operations and Planning) Air Commodore Abu Said Mehboob Khan, Member (ATM) Air Commodore A.K.M. Ziaul Haque, Member (Finance) Additional Secretary S.M. Lablur Rahman, Member (Flight Standards and Regulation) Group Captain Md. Muktit-ul-Alam Miah, Deputy Director (ATM) Rafiuddin Ahmed, and Assistant Director (CNS) Noor Alam Siddiqui.
On behalf of Axentec PLC, the event was attended by Managing Director and CEO Md. Adil Hossain, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) A.K.M. Nazmul Islam, Corporate Head Md. Asaduzzaman, General Manager–Corporate Business Khandaker Mosabber Hossain, and Senior Manager–Corporate Business Muhammad Jasim Uddin.
