10X Mindset Shapes AI Era Tech Skills
Special Seminar on Artificial Intelligence Held at DU IITT
- Critical problem-solving and inquiry prioritized over passive information consumption in the AI era.
- DU IIT hosts discussion on four core pillars of 10X mindset and technological economic transformation.
- Technical experts urge youth to cultivate adaptable engineering skills for rapidly evolving AI workflows.
In the rapidly evolving era of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the ability to dissect complex challenges, ask precise questions, and engineer innovative solutions has become far more critical than merely storing information. To address these shifts, a seminar titled “10X Mind in the Age of AI: Are You Ready?” was hosted at the Institute of Information Technology (IIT), University of Dhaka, on Monday, 24 August 2026, at 4:00 PM. The event was jointly organized by MillionX Bangladesh and the IIT Software Engineers’ Community (IITSEC).
Addressing the session, M. Manjur Mahmud, Founding Member of MillionX Bangladesh and President of DataSoft Limited, detailed the profound impact of AI across industries and technical workplaces. He emphasized that as AI restructures conventional job roles, students and young engineers must move beyond basic tool operation to cultivate cognitive adaptability suited for dynamic technological environments.
Anis Rahman, Founding Member of MillionX Bangladesh and Founder of EVRcool Inc., elaborated on the framework and four fundamental principles of the "10X Mind". He highlighted that since AI automates answers, human competitive advantage lies in asking the right questions, framing problems, and generating original solutions to power a 10X economic transformation.
Student Adviser Professor Dr. Jerina Begum and Associate Professor Dr. Md. Nurul Ahad Tawhid were present at the event. The seminar concluded with an interactive Q&A session addressing future tech employment and skills development. IITSEC Vice President Mrinmoy Poit commended the session as a highly insightful guide for navigating AI-driven futures through analytical thinking and innovation.
A press release sent by BDOSN on Thursday, August 27, announced this event. The source states that the seminar took place on Monday, August 24, at 4 PM.
