bKash Reduces Cash-Out Charge Through ‘Favorite Agent’ Service
bKash has lowered its cash-out charge under the ‘Favorite Agent’ service. Customers can now cash out up to BDT 50,000 per month at BDT 13.95 per thousand, including VAT.
Mobile financial service provider bKash has reduced its cash-out charge under its ‘Favorite Agent’ service to make transactions more affordable for customers.
Under the revised pricing, customers can cash out up to BDT 50,000 per calendar month from two selected favorite agents at a rate of BDT 13.95 per thousand, with VAT and all applicable charges included.
According to bKash, customers can choose any two agents from its network of more than 350,000 agents across the country as their favorite agents. The selected agents can be changed at the end of each calendar month if needed.
Customers can add favorite agents through the Cash Out option in the bKash app by selecting the Favorite Agent menu and following the required steps. The feature is also available through the *247# USSD menu under My bKash and Favorite Number.
Users can check their monthly discounted cash-out limit at any time through the Limit section of the bKash app.
The company said the regular cash-out charge of BDT 18.50 per thousand will continue to apply for transactions exceeding BDT 50,000 per month or for cash-outs made through agents other than the selected favorite agents.
