Continuing its 18-year legacy, Bangladesh’s largest automotive international exhibition, ‘19th Dhaka Auto Series of Exhibitions 2026’, is set to begin on 23 April. The three-day fair will be held at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Kuril, Dhaka, and will continue until 25 April. The exhibition will remain open for visitors from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

This information was disclosed at a press conference organized on Wednesday, 15 April, at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka by the organizing institution CEMS-Global USA. The event was chaired by the President and Group Managing Director of CEMS-Global USA & Asia Pacific, Meherun N. Islam. Also present were Group CEO S. S. The press conference announced that this year’s series will simultaneously host the 19th Dhaka Motor Show, the 10th Dhaka Bike Show, the 9th Dhaka Auto Parts Show, the 8th Dhaka Commercial Automotive Show, and the 3rd Electric Vehicle (EV) Bangladesh Expo. The exhibition will be inaugurated on 23 April at 12:00 pm by Minister of Road Transport and Bridges, Railways, and Shipping Sheikh Robiul Alam.

Meherun N. Islam stated that amid global disruptions in energy supply, the importance of electric vehicles (EVs) as an alternative energy solution is increasing. This year’s exhibition will place special emphasis on affordable and new EV technologies. The event is expected to not only advance the automotive industry but also facilitate the adoption of new technologies and solutions.

This year’s edition will feature more than 70 companies from 10 countries, including Japan, India, China, Malaysia, Germany, and the United Kingdom, occupying around 200 booths. The exhibition will showcase new models from globally renowned brands such as Mitsubishi, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, MG, Proton, and Changan. Among two-wheelers, brands such as ZEEHO Bangladesh, CFMoto, Longjia, and Vimoto will participate, while in the commercial vehicle segment, Foton and Forland will be present.

According to CEMS-Global, the exhibition will serve as a ‘one-stop platform’ for motor enthusiasts and businesspeople. It will facilitate technology exchange with international markets and showcase the progress of Bangladesh’s automotive sector on the global stage. Notably, founded in 1992, CEMS-Global has successfully organized more than 762 international exhibitions across various countries over the past three decades.
