At the ongoing three-day Broadband Expo at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center in the capital, Plexus Cloud is distributing its ‘Swadhin Wi-Fi’ app free of cost to visitors.

The company claims that using this specialized software, a single customer can provide internet connectivity to up to 1,000 users simultaneously. As a result, there is no need for each user to purchase separate routers. Anyone within the coverage of a single router can connect easily. At the same time, Plexus Cloud users can automatically connect to the internet whenever they come within the range of any compatible router.

Plexus Cloud Chief Executive Officer Mobarak Hossain said, “We are delivering internet services across the country with a completely different concept. Our services have already expanded to 3,093 villages nationwide. Visitors at the fair are showing keen interest after learning about our innovative service.”

He added that alongside technological innovation, the company has also set an example in fulfilling social responsibility. At its call center, 20 visually impaired individuals are working as call center agents, with the opportunity to perform their duties from home.

It has been learned that the company has recently integrated an artificial intelligence-based support system into its services. Through this system, customers can resolve their issues at any time without long waiting periods at call centers. In case of complex problems, the AI system can quickly resolve them on its own.
