Marcel Launches Season-24 Digital Eid Campaign Offering Up to Tk 1 Million Prizes

A leading brand, Marcel, has launched its nationwide digital campaign Season-24 ahead of Eid-ul-Azha. Through this campaign, customers purchasing Marcel products will get a chance to win up to Tk 1 million. The campaign also includes attractive cashback offers and guaranteed cash vouchers worth millions of taka.

On Monday, 13 April, Marcel authorities announced that Managing Director S M Mahbubul Alam formally unveiled Season-24 at the company’s corporate office in the capital. Popular actress Kya Payel, actor Irfan Sajjad, and Marcel’s Head of Business Hossain Md. Ruhin Sabbir were present at the event.

S M Mahbubul Alam said that Marcel has been offering special benefits to customers during every major festival. On the occasion of the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha, customers are being given the opportunity to win Tk 1 million. He expressed hope that, as in previous years, the campaign will achieve 100 percent success with spontaneous participation from customers.

During the campaign period, customers purchasing Marcel refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, or ceiling fans will register their name, mobile number, and product barcode through a digital registration system. After that, a computerized system will send a return SMS informing whether they have won Tk 1 million, cashback, or a guaranteed gift. The respective showroom authorities will hand over the prizes.

Marcel stated that it is developing a “Digital Customer Database” to automate after-sales service operations. As a result, even if warranty cards are lost, customers will be able to receive quick service from service centers across the country. At the same time, service center representatives will also be able to collect customer feedback.

Through this digital campaign, Marcel is introducing various incentives to ensure customer participation, which is expected to enhance renewed trust and customer satisfaction.
