Dhaka WASA Diploma Engineers Association Announces 2026–2027 Executive Committee

The Executive Central Committee for the 2026–2027 term of the Dhaka WASA Diploma Engineers Association (DHAWODEA) has been announced to conduct the organization’s activities.
On Sunday, April 12, a 25-member committee was announced through a press release jointly signed by outgoing president and retired Executive Engineer of Dhaka WASA Md. Abdur Rob Mia, outgoing general secretary and retired Executive Engineer Md. Arman Bhuiyan, and Executive Member and Sub-Divisional Engineer Md. Hasibul Hasan.
The newly elected president of the Dhaka WASA Diploma Engineers Association is Md. Moniruzzaman, senior vice-president Md. Billal Hossain, vice-president (1) Golam Mostofa, vice-president (2) Md. Mizanur Rahman, and general secretary Md. Nur Hossain.
Other members of the committee are: Joint General Secretary (1) Mohammad Mahbub Alam Al Azad, Joint General Secretary (2) Md. Asaduzzaman, Organizational Secretary Mehdi Hasan Bhuiya, Assistant Organizational Secretary Saeed Sazzad Hossain, Finance Secretary Manik Chandra Mohanayak, Publicity, Public Relations and Publication Secretary Md. Riaz Uddin Titu, Assistant Publicity, Public Relations and Publication Secretary Md. Mamunur Rahman, Literature, Culture and Sports Secretary Md. Shafiul Alam, Assistant Literature, Culture and Sports Secretary Md. Rahat Hossain, Information, Office and Library Secretary Md. Arifuzzaman, Assistant Information, Office and Library Secretary Mir Salman Said Hasan, Social Welfare and Cooperative Secretary Md. Sultan Mahmud, Training, Research and Employment Affairs Secretary Md. Hafizur Rahman, Women and Family Welfare Secretary Sheikh Ahmed Said Sabri Al, Science and Information Technology Affairs Secretary Md. Yacub Hossain, Executive Member (1) Riad Ahmed, Executive Member (2) Mohammad Itiyar Masud, Executive Member (3) Md. Nur-e Niamat Khan, Executive Member (4) Uttas Samaddar, and Executive Member (5) Rajes Tripura.
The newly elected president Md. Moniruzzaman said that he wants to perform his responsibilities over the next two years with everyone’s cooperation and advice. He added that he will make the best efforts to transform the Dhaka WASA Diploma Engineers Association into a strong and engineer-friendly unit.
