Minister Fakir Mahbub Anam’s call for unity and responsible behavior
The Minister of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, and the Minister of Science and Technology, Fakir Mahbub Anam, urged that if any misunderstanding or confusion arises due to rumors or being influenced by others, it should be resolved through mutual discussion.
On Saturday, March 21, at the Tangail BNP municipal branch office in Dhanbari upazila, Tangail, during a program organized to pray for the forgiveness of the soul of former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, he gave this call to followers and ordinary citizens.
The minister said that the promises made during the election will be implemented step by step and on a priority basis. To maintain the trust of the people, unity and responsible behavior are essential. He also remarked that discipline, honesty, and responsibility are indispensable for sustaining public confidence.
Emphasizing unity among party leaders and workers, the minister said, “For the development of the area and the welfare of the people, everyone must work together in unity.” He expressed hope that through collective efforts, the expectations of the people could be fulfilled and the development of the area would be further accelerated.
Finally, he extended Eid greetings to the nation and all those present, wishing everyone good health, peace, and prosperity.
Local representatives, political leaders, and dignitaries were present at the event. Ordinary citizens also spontaneously greeted him and shared the joy of Eid with him.
