Minister Highlights Youth Leadership for Sustainable National Development
Information and Broadcasting Minister and Member of Parliament Zahir Uddin Swapan emphasized the important role of young professionals in shaping the country’s future. He stated that ethical leadership, innovation, and a collective sense of responsibility are essential for achieving sustainable national development.
He made these remarks on Monday, March 2, while speaking as the chief guest at a leadership dialogue and iftar gathering organized in the capital by the Forum of Young Professionals. Distinguished personalities and professional members from across the country attended the event.
The special guest at the program was Syed Abu Naser Bakhtiar Ahmed, Chairman of Agrani Bank Limited. He highlighted the importance of financial literacy, entrepreneurial mindset, and professional integrity among young people, and called upon them to play an active role in the country’s economic development and social empowerment.
The event was chaired by Rashed Ul Haque Sarkar, Adviser to the Forum of Young Professionals. In his remarks, he discussed the forum’s journey, achievements, and future plans, reaffirming its commitment to leadership development, professional excellence, and positive contributions to society.
