Taṣan Takes Towering Turn with Walton
Popular Bangladeshi singer Tahsan Khan has been appointed as the brand ambassador for Walton’s lift products. The contract signing took place at Walton’s corporate office in Bashundhara, Dhaka, where the agreement was signed on his behalf by Walton brand ambassador and national cricket team all-rounder Mehedi Hasan Miraz.
Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC Director S.M. Manjurul Alam Abhi, Walton Plaza Managing Director Mohammad Raihan, and Walton Lift Chief Business Officer Zenan-ul Islam, along with other senior officials, were present during the ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, S.M. Manjurul Alam Abhi said, “Walton has invested several hundred crore takas in our lift manufacturing project. Our Walton headquarters houses a test tower capable of lifts running at 4 meters per second. Currently, Walton has the capacity to produce over a thousand units annually. Following European standards, Walton lifts are supplied locally at affordable prices.”
Tahsan Khan expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “Walton continually invests in high-tech products like lifts. This not only generates employment but also contributes significantly to the nation’s economic prosperity. I am very pleased to be part of Walton family’s progressive journey.”
Mehedi Hasan Miraz added, “I have been associated with the Walton family for over ten years, starting from my under-19 cricket days. Walton produces world-class lifts in Bangladesh, which is a matter of pride for me, not only as a member of the Walton family but also as a Bangladeshi.”
