GP and PRAN-RFL Launch Co-Branded Proton Jet 4G Cloud Phone at Tk 1,899
The GP co-branded Proton Jet 4G Cloud Phone has been officially unveiled with the support of PRAN-RFL Group. The handset has been priced at Tk 1,899.
The announcement was made in a press release on Thursday, February 26. According to the statement, the phone was inaugurated at GP House by Grameenphone Chief Executive Officer Yasir Azman and PRAN-RFL Group Chairman and CEO Ahsan Khan Chowdhury.
Also present at the event were Grameenphone Chief Product Officer Solaiman Alam, Chief Business Officer Dr. Asif Naimur Rashid, and RFL Managing Director R N Pal.
According to the press release, the co-branded handset will mandatorily use a Grameenphone SIM card. Each customer will receive a one-time 1GB of free internet with a validity of seven days on the SIM. In addition, customers will be able to purchase 2GB of internet for seven days at Tk 24, once per day, for up to six months.
