The IT Scholarship Programme has been designed in alignment with job market demands across various sectors of the information technology industry. Under these programs, 92 percent of course graduates have successfully secured employment both at home and abroad. To date, the initiative has produced 17,663 IT professionals, who are currently working in more than 3,254 organizations across Bangladesh and overseas.

ISDB-BISEW is a joint initiative of the Government of Bangladesh and the Islamic Development Bank, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. With the objective of enhancing employment opportunities for Bangladesh’s youth in the information technology and technical education sectors, ISDB-BISEW independently formulates, finances, and implements job-oriented education and development projects through its own funding.

Under this project, ISDB-BISEW spends approximately BDT 200,000 per trainee to provide the training.
