Bangladesh was represented at the international innovation and entrepreneurship conference Take Off Istanbul 2025, held at the Istanbul Expo Center in Turkey, by the Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO), the country’s trade body for the BPO and ITES sector. A delegation led by BACCO President Tanvir Ibrahim is showcasing Bangladesh’s BPO and ITES capabilities on the global stage during the two-day event held on 10–11 December.

Other members of the BACCO delegation include Md. Tanzirul Bashar, Managing Director of My Outsourcing; Md. Kaiyum Hossain, CEO and Founder of TechSoldier BPO; and Habib Rahman, Curator of Living Brands. In addition to BACCO members, government representatives from Bangladesh are also participating in the conference.

As part of the event, BACCO President Tanvir Ibrahim spoke at a public speaking session titled “Regional Start-up Ecosystem: Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Turkey.” In his address, he highlighted the importance of regional cooperation, Bangladesh’s emerging startup and outsourcing ecosystem, and the role of cross-border partnerships in driving sustainable innovation and growth.

The conference, attended by innovators, startups, investors, and industry leaders from around the world, features startup exhibitions, investor meetings, pitching sessions, workshops, keynote discussions, and technology showcases. At the exhibition zone, members of the BACCO delegation are presenting their respective organisations’ BPO, ITES, and technology-driven products and services to international visitors, investors, and potential partners—thereby highlighting Bangladesh’s growing capabilities and future potential in the global digital services market.
