Genex Infosys Declares 1% Cash Dividend Ahead of AGM

Genex Infosys, a publicly listed technology company, will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30 December at 11:00 am in a hybrid format. The record date has been set for 21 December.

Ahead of the AGM, the company’s Board of Directors, in its meeting held on Thursday, 4 December, declared a 1% cash dividend for shareholders for the financial year ending in 2025.

The declaration came following the review and approval of the audited financial statements.

During the latest financial year, the company reported a consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 2.17, compared with Tk 2.62 in the previous year. Consolidated cash flow per share stood at Tk 6.87, significantly higher than Tk 1.85 recorded a year earlier.

As of 30 June 2025, the company’s consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share was Tk 22.11.
