RUCSU Rolls Out Responsive Reporting
Rajshahi University’s Central Student Union (RUCSU) has launched a new website to receive student complaints and suggestions. The website can be accessed at: https://rucsu-complaint-center.vercel.app/
On Wednesday, 19 November, in the evening, the website was inaugurated at the RUCSU office by Vice President (VP) Mostakur Rahman Zahid.
According to RUCSU, any student of the university can access the website to submit problems, complaints, or suggestions. Students are requested to report only genuine and urgent matters, avoiding unnecessary messages.
Mostakur Rahman Zahid said, “Since RUCSU does not have access to the university’s official website, a separate platform has been created for students’ convenience. Every complaint submitted will be carefully verified, and actions will be taken as soon as possible accordingly.”
RUCSU Assistant General Secretary (AGS) Salman Sabbir added, “The aim of this initiative is to allow students to report any issue immediately. They can also submit complaints related to RUCSU itself. A dedicated officer will monitor complaints round the clock.”
RUCSU Science Secretary Tofayel Ahmed Tofa and other union executives were present at the inauguration.
