WhatsApp Welcomes ‘Live Photo’ Feature for iOS Users
WhatsApp is set to roll out a new feature for iPhone users, introducing support for Live Photos in its iOS beta version 25.24.10.72, according to The Verge. The feature will be available across private chats, groups, and channels.
While sending Live Photos, users will have the option to choose whether to share them as still images or in their original dynamic clip format. This development follows last month’s introduction of Motion Photo support on the Android version of WhatsApp.
With the update, users will be able to share more vibrant and realistic experiences, adding a fresh dimension to the way photos are exchanged on the platform.
