DU Declares Departmental Distribution in Fourth Phase for Technology Unit Admission

The University of Dhaka (DU) has announced the fourth phase (third migration) of subject and institution allocation for admission to the Technology Unit in the 2024–25 academic session. Candidates who have been allocated seats must complete their admission formalities by August 25. Results can be viewed by logging into the admission website.

A message on the website stated, “The fourth phase (third migration) of subject and institution allocation for admission to the Technology Unit has been published. Candidates can log in to see their allocated subject and institution. Candidates from merit positions 1 to 2601 and those allocated under different quotas must complete their admission procedures between August 20 and August 25.”

It further added, “Candidates newly allocated in the fourth phase, that is, from merit positions 2602 to 3119, who wish to be admitted, must pay a non-refundable preliminary admission confirmation fee of Tk 3,000 and, if they do not want auto-migration, an additional Tk 50 online, and submit their original academic transcript by August 24.”

The SIF code related to each candidate’s application was provided in the email sent during the application process for the admission test. Notably, on August 24 (Sunday), original academic transcripts will be collected from candidates at the Training Room of the Higher Science Research Centre (Room No. 112).
