Technical Board Halts HSC Exams on July 23 and 24
All Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations scheduled for July 23 and 24 under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) have been postponed.
The announcement was made through an official notification issued by the Technical Education Board on the night of Tuesday, July 22.
According to the notification, "All examinations scheduled for July 23 and 24 under the HSC (BMT), HSC (Vocational), Diploma in Engineering, Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, and Certificate in Marine Trade curriculums have been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances."
However, it further clarified that "examinations scheduled on dates other than July 23 and 24 will be held as per the previously announced schedule."
Earlier in the day, the Education Advisor had announced the suspension of all HSC and equivalent examinations until July 24 while speaking to protesting students at Milestone School and College.
