The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has published the e-certificates for the 18th Teachers’ Registration on its official website on Wednesday, June 18. Candidates can now download their certificates directly from the NTRCA website by clicking on the relevant link.

Candidates must use their registration exam roll number, batch, user ID, and password to access and download the e-certificates of the 18th Teachers’ Registration Examination from the NTRCA website.

Under the management of the NTRCA, the written examinations for the 18th Teachers’ Registration Examination 2023 were held on July 12 and 13, 2024. A total of 83,865 candidates passed the written test.

Among the successful candidates, 81,209 appeared for the viva voce. Of them, 60,521 candidates have been declared finally qualified, and their results have been published accordingly.

Earlier, on June 17, NTRCA issued a notice instructing candidates to correct any erroneous information in their e-certificates. The notification stated, “The preparation of e-certificates for the candidates finally qualified in the 18th Teachers’ Registration Examination 2023 is ongoing. Candidates can download their e-certificates from the NTRCA website using their registration exam roll number, batch, user ID, and password.”

The notice further added, “Candidates who have passed the 18th Teachers’ Registration Examination 2023 may apply for the sixth recruitment recommendation circular using their roll number, batch, and date of birth. Those who find errors in their name, father's name, mother's name, or permanent address in the e-certificate are requested to download the certificate first and then submit a correction application to the NTRCA office using the prescribed form along with the specified fee.”

Additionally, the NTRCA clarified that “Candidates who are unable to apply for the sixth recruitment recommendation circular due to an error in their date of birth must submit a correction application directly to the NTRCA office using the prescribed form and fee—without downloading the e-certificate.”
