Microsoft Makes Management Moves as LinkedIn CEO Takes on Office Oversight

In a significant executive reshuffle, Microsoft has assigned LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky to oversee its suite of Office products, including Word, Excel, and Copilot, while retaining his current role at LinkedIn. The development was reported by Reuters.
According to a memo from Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, “Roslansky will now report to Rajesh Jha,” who currently leads Windows and Teams. The current heads of the Office division, Sumit Chauhan and Gaurav Sareen, will also report to Jha.
Additionally, Charles Lamanna, head of Microsoft’s AI product “Copilot” for business and industry, will now work under Jha’s supervision.
The move is seen as an effort to create a more unified leadership structure within Microsoft’s productivity and AI divisions.
