OPPO A5 Pro Unveiled in Bangladesh with AI Camera and Rugged Durability
The new OPPO A5 Pro, equipped with an AI camera and designed for extreme durability, was launched in Bangladesh on Sunday. The grand unveiling took place at the Bashundhara International Convention Center in Dhaka, where OPPO Bangladesh’s Country Manager, Damon Young, introduced the latest addition to OPPO’s smartphone lineup.
At the event, cricket all-rounder Mehedi Hasan Riaz was officially announced as the brand ambassador for OPPO A5 One.
Expressing his excitement about the new partnership, Riaz said, "When I played in the Under-19 team, OPPO phones were widely used. My entire family uses OPPO devices." Riaz takes over the ambassadorial role from OPPO’s former goodwill ambassador, Shakib Al Hasan.
During the launch event, OPPO’s Marketing Representative Najmuddaula Niloy highlighted the brand’s global presence, stating, "We have over 300,000 retail centers across 70 countries. Last year, we celebrated a decade in Bangladesh. Our market research indicates that customers seek a daily-use device that is both durable and affordable. The OPPO A5 Pro remains functional even after being submerged in water for 30 minutes."
To demonstrate the phone’s water resistance and pressure durability, OPPO Bangladesh’s Product Specialist Kazi Ashiq Arafat subjected the device to a live water gun test and submerged it in water, showcasing its resilience.
