Integrating renewable photovoltaic power grids with decentralized battery electric micro-mobility, transport workers have presented a comprehensive eight-point engineering and operational modernization plan. The roadmap was announced on 10 October, Saturday, by the Jatiyatabadi Battery-Run Electric Motor Vehicle Workers Union (Registration No: DA-01) to upgrade technical competencies, elevate roadway telemetry discipline, and overhaul informal electric transit fleets.

The core infrastructure proposition details establishing decentralized, solar-powered charging stations across municipal districts, upazilas, rural union parishads, and local wards. This deployment framework aims to expand off-grid charging corridors for commercial three-wheelers, minimizing parasitic loads on the national distribution grid through localized renewable energy harvesting.

Targeting regulatory compliance, the second phase establishes legal assistance pipelines to train drivers on codified transit rules and facilitate legitimate driving license certifications. The third objective focuses on building mechanical training facilities and technical workshops to train operators and service technicians in drivetrain diagnostics, motor maintenance, and battery safety.

The fourth and fifth strategies mandate traffic rule education for field union personnel to support urban traffic divisions, establishing structured corridor management to prevent congestion on high-speed arterial roadways.

Operational execution across the sixth and seventh directives requires coordinated implementation protocols with municipal city corporation mayors, traffic commissioners, and ministerial regulators. The final point affirms union commitments to institutional compliance and civic order, establishing a modernized electric transit framework for sustainable urban transport networks.
