The scheduled service will officially commence on Wednesday, 9 September 2026, industry sources confirmed on Tuesday, 25 August 2026.

According to the operational flight schedule, the airline will operate two daily frequencies three days a week—every Saturday, Wednesday, and Thursday—accounting for six weekly flights. The first morning flight is scheduled to depart Dhaka at 9:30 AM, arriving in Jashore at 10:15 AM, with the turnaround flight leaving Jashore at 10:45 AM to land at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11:30 AM. The second service will depart Dhaka at 4:45 PM to reach Jashore at 5:30 PM, returning from Jashore at 6:00 PM and touching down in Dhaka at 6:45 PM.

The minimum one-way fare on the sector has been fixed at BDT 5,749, with round-trip tickets priced at BDT 11,498, inclusive of all applicable aviation surcharges and taxes. US-Bangla originally launched its commercial aviation operations on this exact route on 17 July 2014.

Currently operating scheduled routes to Cox's Bazar, Chittagong, Sylhet, Saidpur, and Rajshahi, the carrier noted that the service reintroduction addresses long-standing passenger demand across business, medical, and academic domains, with fleet frequencies subject to scale based on future market response.
