Samsung Bangladesh Partners with Esquire Electronics to Expand Customer Services
Samsung Bangladesh has entered into a strategic partnership with Esquire Electronics Limited to offer customers benefits such as free delivery, professional installation, and dedicated in-house services for product purchases at the consumer level.
On Sunday, May 17, Samsung Bangladesh said that representatives from both companies attended the agreement signing ceremony held at Esquire Tower.
Managing Director Jang Min Jang, Director and Head of Business of the Consumer Electronics Division Shahriar Bin Lutfar, Deputy General Manager of Retail Strategy Rajib Dasgupta, and Chief Manager of Product Planning Anika Rahman represented Samsung Bangladesh.
on the other hand, from Esquire Electronics, attendees included Managing Director Arifur Rahman, Director Azman Arif Rahman, General Manager Md. Tanbir Ahmed, and Chief Financial Officer Abdullah-Al-Rashed.
While speaking at the event, Samsung Bangladesh Managing Director Jang Min Jang said, “We are grateful for the sincere efforts of everyone involved in making this partnership successful. Esquire Electronics Managing Director Arifur Rahman also expressed optimism about the initiative. He said, “We are extremely proud of this partnership with Samsung. Through this initiative, delivering Samsung’s latest technologies to consumers will now become much easier than before.”
