Online Media Leaders Hold Iftar and Prayer Gathering in Dhaka
An Iftar and prayer gathering was held on Monday evening, 16 March, at the Amana Food Valley Restaurant in the capital’s Mohakhali area, bringing together members of the technology and online media community.
The event was jointly organized by the Bangladesh Online Media Association (BOMA) and the Jatiyatabadi Media Cell. The program was presided over by AKM Shariful Islam Khan, President of both the Jatiyatabadi Media Cell and the Bangladesh Online Media Association. Leaders of the two organizations, along with representatives from various online media outlets, attended the gathering.
The chief guest at the event was Nazim Uddin Alam, a member of the advisory council to the BNP Chairperson and a former Member of Parliament.
Special guests included Dr. Sukomal Barua, Kafil Uddin Ahmed, Abdur Razzak, Mir Abdul Alim, and Salima Talukdar, among others.
The keynote speaker at the event was Mostafa Rafiqul Islam Duke.
A special prayer was offered at the gathering seeking the welfare and prosperity of the country and the nation.
