GST Cluster Universities Announce Admission Test Schedule for 2025–26 Session

The admission test schedule for the first-year undergraduate programs of the GST (General, Science and Technology) cluster universities for the 2025–26 academic session has been published. The schedule was released on Sunday, March 8, through a notice signed by Shahidul Islam, Deputy Registrar (Academic) of Islamic University (IU), which is leading the admission process for the GST cluster universities. At the same time, the schedule for the independent D Unit admission test of Islamic University (IU) has also been announced.

According to the notice, the admission test for C Unit (Commerce) will be held on Friday, March 27, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. The B Unit (Humanities) examination will take place on Friday, April 3, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, while the A Unit (Science) examination will be held on Friday, April 10, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. On the same day, the Architecture practical (Drawing) test will be conducted from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

In addition, the admission test for the independent D Unit of Islamic University (IU) will be held on Sunday, April 12, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

It is noteworthy that among the 19 universities included in the cluster system, all except seven are science and technology universities. These are: University of Frontier Technology, Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University, Patuakhali Science and Technology University, Noakhali Science and Technology University, Jashore Science and Technology University, Pabna Science and Technology University, Gopalganj Science and Technology University, University of Barishal, Rangamati Science and Technology University, Jamalpur Science and Technology University, Chandpur Science and Technology University, Sunamganj Science and Technology University, and Pirojpur Science and Technology University.

The general universities included in the cluster are Islamic University, Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, Begum Rokeya University, Rabindra University, Kishoreganj University, Netrokona University, and Naogaon University.
