The directive further stated that during the holy month of Ramadan, passengers are allowed to carry only a 250ml bottle of water inside metro trains and station premises for drinking at iftar time. Care must be taken to prevent spillage, and used bottles must be disposed of in designated dustbins located on platforms, concourses, or at entry and exit gates.
