B2B marketplace and smart distribution platform PriyoShop celebrated its anniversary on Saturday, February 7, highlighting its long journey, growth, and impact in Bangladesh’s retail sector. Senior leaders and staff members participated in the event at PriyoShop’s headquarters, where the company reviewed its achievements in 2025 and announced future plans for 2026.

Founder and CEO Ashikul Alam Khan said, “Millions of retailers across the country serve people daily, yet they lacked access to many benefits such as an efficient supply chain, faster delivery, and credit facilities. PriyoShop was created to address these challenges, combining brand, technology, and finance to build a simple and powerful ecosystem for retailers.”

Launched in 2013 as a consumer platform, PriyoShop later transformed into a full-fledged B2B smart distribution platform. Today, the platform operates across 16 districts with 40 hubs and more than 1,428 distribution routes. It serves nearly 200,000 retailers and collaborates with over 280 brands. With a workforce of 1,600 employees, PriyoShop delivers products and services to thousands of stores every day.

PriyoShop has also gained international recognition, representing Bangladesh at prestigious forums such as Startup Wheel 2024, The Asia Accelerator, Startup World Cup, Echelon Asia Summit 2023, and Tech in Asia. As part of this success streak, the company won the ICT Award Nepal 2025 championship.

Co-founder and CMO Dipti Mondal said, “Our journey is always ongoing. We advance through the combined efforts of every employee, partner, and retailer. Moving forward, we aim to empower even more retailers.”
