CUET Holds Coordination Meeting for Undergraduate Admission Test
A coordination meeting for the undergraduate admission test (academic year 2025–26) of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) was held at an auditorium in Chattogram city.
The meeting took place on Monday afternoon, January 12, and was chaired by CUET Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Mahmood Abdul Matin Bhuiyan. Representatives from various government agencies, authorities, and institutions concerned with the admission process were present at the meeting.
From CUET, those in attendance included Professor Dr Kazi Delowar Hossain, Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Chairman of the Admission Committee; Professor Dr Asiful Haque, Dean of the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Chairman of the Transport and Security Sub-Committee; Professor Dr Sheikh Mohammad Humayun Kabir, Registrar (Additional Charge); Professor Dr Ashutosh Saha, Security Adviser; Md Masum Rana Pramanik, Assistant Director of the Directorate of Student Welfare; Mohammad Fazlur Rahman, Deputy Director (Public Relations) and member of the Transport and Security Sub-Committee; and Mohammad Anisuzzaman Khan, Deputy Registrar (Security) and Member Secretary of the Transport and Security Sub-Committee, among others.
The meeting focused on ensuring smooth coordination, security, and logistical preparedness for the upcoming CUET undergraduate admission examination.
