ADN Telecom Holds 22nd AGM, Approves 10pc Cash Dividend

ADN Telecom Limited, a listed ICT and telecommunications company, held its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, December 15, allowing shareholders to participate both in person and virtually through a designated online portal.

At the meeting, shareholders approved the audited financial statements and the directors’ report for the 2024–25 fiscal year, along with a proposal to declare a 10 percent cash dividend.

The AGM was chaired by the company’s Board Chairman Asif Mahmud. Board members Md Moinul Islam and Md Mahfuz Ali Sohel were present, along with independent directors Md Maruf and Didarul Haque Khan. Managing Director Henry Hilton, Chief Financial Officer Md Nazim Uddin, and other senior executives also attended the meeting.

Company Secretary Md Monir Hossain conducted the proceedings, while Managing Director Henry Hilton delivered the welcome address.

During the AGM, detailed discussions were held on the company’s operational performance and audited financial results for the 2024–25 fiscal year. The chairman, managing director and CFO responded to various queries raised by shareholders and provided comprehensive insights into the company’s business activities, financial position and future plans.

According to company sources, shareholders expressed positive feedback and appreciated ADN Telecom’s ongoing initiatives and overall performance.

In his closing remarks, Company Secretary Md Monir Hossain thanked shareholders, partners, regulators, well-wishers and invited guests for their active participation and continued support, reaffirming the company’s commitment to transparency and sustainable growth.
