Madrasa MPO Move Mired by Malfunctioning Server

“Is it possible to apply for MPO enlistment for madrasas today? The madrasa computer operator said the server is down. Could you please confirm?” — this was the anxious plea posted anonymously in a private social media group by a teacher recommended under the sixth public circular of the Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA).
It has been reported that while some teachers managed to submit applications initially, many others were unable to do so from the afternoon of October 1, Wednesday, due to persistent server failures.
Teachers alleged that since Wednesday noon they had repeatedly tried but could not access the website. With two consecutive holidays ahead, they feared the server might not resume in time, leaving many unable to complete their MPO enlistment applications.
A recommended teacher from Barishal division said, “I have been trying since the very first day of the application period, but I cannot even access the server. The website itself is inaccessible.” Several other applicants echoed similar complaints.
A senior official of the Madrasa Education Directorate, speaking on condition of anonymity, explained, “The problem has arisen due to the Puja holidays. Once the holidays are over, we expect everything will return to normal. The deadline will be extended so that all applicants get the opportunity to apply.”
According to relevant sources, once a candidate is recommended under a public circular, a fixed period is allocated every month for MPO enlistment applications. For this month, the window was set from October 1 to October 4. However, the server has remained largely non-functional since the opening day, raising serious concerns among applicants.
